Payment and Delivery
For online payments, your credit card will be charged at the end of your order. In the event of possible order cancellations or stock issues, the amount will be refunded to your credit card within 10 business days.
Delivery
We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the courier on the same day. For products that require a longer delivery time, the delivery time is 3 working days as indicated in the product details. In the event of a possible delay in delivery, you will be informed.
To ensure smooth delivery of the product, please provide the address where you are located during the day as the delivery address.
Your orders will be processed according to the delivery method you specified when completing your order. The products will be shipped from our overseas company via the UPS freight company. Once your orders have been approved, they will be delivered to the freight company within a maximum of 7-9 business days.
You can consult with our customer service representative to discuss different delivery conditions. In addition, courier deliveries are only valid for Türkiye.
Payment Tracking
If the system is unable to complete the transaction due to some problem, the visitor will be informed of this situation at the end of the payment page.
In the event of an error in the specified address that prevents delivery of the order, the person who placed the order will be contacted.
The validity of the email address specified by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order has been transmitted.
We are responsible not only towards the customer, but also towards the bank we use for the credit card system regarding the execution of the delivery.

If you believe the package has been damaged during shipping, please open and inspect it in the presence of the courier company representative. If you believe the product is damaged, please ask the courier company to write a report and do not accept the product.
Once the product has been received, the courier company is considered to have fully fulfilled its duty.
